The role of Customer Services Assistant with The Nottingham Building Society is perhaps the most important; you are the face of the business, the face of the brand, you will live and breathe its values and ensure that Members receive excellent customer service from every visit, whether that be from resolving their queries or signposting them as appropriate. **About the Role**:

DAY to DAY you will be Responsible for:

- Accurately maintaining customer accounts, ensuring consistency across core systems and production of accurate and relevant management information
- Resolving general queries, requests and initial complaints about service
- Identify opportunities to promote the range of products and services to members
- Making outbound calls to promote Beehive Marketplace and the Society’s all under one roof offering
- Creating and editing Knowledge Articles in the beehive
- Training the BeeBOT and champion in-App service enhancements that develop Beehive Money as a leading digital tax-free savings proposition
- Dealing with all enquiries in an accurately and timely manner
- Owning and maintaining personal activity logs and development plans

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

- GCSE A* to C in English and ideally Maths - ideal but not essential
- Some form of Customer Services experience (preferred)

- Motivated to cross-skill
