Sales Design Advocate

Your key responsibilities will include meeting with homeowners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, offering different suggestions and options to suit the customers' needs and aspirations, proactively closing sales and meeting targets, displaying excellent product knowledge and understanding of features and benefits, and complying with legal requirements of the FCA when demonstrating finance options.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be well-presented and professional, have excellent timekeeping and diary management skills, be able to develop excellent customer relations, show interest in personal interests, display excellent listening skills, ask questions to establish what products can be offered, and communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate the customer.
