Job Title: School Behaviour Advocate

Location: Nottingham, NG1

Salary: £95-£105 per annum

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Behaviour Mentor. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students in developing positive behaviour and social skills.

The Behaviour Mentor will conduct 1:1 and group sessions to support students in developing positive behaviour and social skills. They will work closely with teachers, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in a similar role, strong communication and verbal skills, and the ability to drive to work. They must also be able to quickly build strong working relationships with students and act as a positive role model.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting 1:1 and group sessions to support students in developing positive behaviour and social skills.
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Setting individual targets and monitoring student progress to design appropriate learning material.
