We are a reputable agency providing educational services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team and support students with Special Educational Needs in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing support to students with SEN, following their individual education plans (IEPs).
  2. Working with students with various SEN needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and learning difficulties.
  3. Assisting with the delivery of personalised interventions to help children achieve their learning goals.
  4. Fostering positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and participation in school activities.
  5. Collaborating with teachers and SEN coordinators to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.
  • Knowledge of SEN strategies, including behaviour management techniques and supporting children with learning challenges.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Compensation and Benefits
  • An estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience.
  • A long-term contract with the option of extending or 'as and when.'
