Secondary School SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a SEN teaching assistant in a reputable secondary school. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children with SEN, be familiar with supporting students in a classroom environment, and possess strong communication skills. If you are passionate about helping students reach their full potential, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, delivery, and marking.
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN in a one-to-one or small group setting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with SEN.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Salary Information: The daily rate for this position is £95-£105 per day. The total estimated salary for a 5-day workweek (Monday-Friday) is approximately £4,900-£5,475 per month.
