We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a School-Based SEN Tutor and Learning Coach. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.
Job Description:You will be responsible for delivering high-quality tuition sessions to students aged 4-25, developing and implementing tailored lesson plans, and collaborating with the support network to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience working with students with SEN/SEMH and challenging behaviour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Nurturing and supportive nature with good behaviour management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Competitive pay rate up to £25 per hour
