**Customer Service Advisor**

**Location**: Radius EuroCard, Herald Drive, Crewe, CW1 6EG

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 08:30am-17:00pm (no weekends, evenings or bank holidays)

**Job Purpose**:
**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Work efficiently aligned with productivity targets.
- Answer questions about products or Radius.
- Drive conversation to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants and needs including additional product requirements.
- Keep internal systems up to date.

**What do we expect of you?**
- Good communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of customers
- Display agility to be flexible and open to customer feedback and new ways of working
- Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel
- Use your initiative to maintain relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
