**Job Title **Customer Service Advisor

**About The Company**:
We're an online retailer in the automotive market and we own and operate three brands - Van Demon, NOMAD and Car Mat Co. Since launch in 2014, we've grown each of our brands across multiple sales channels including marketplaces like eBay and Amazon.

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, customer focussed individual to join our customer service team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, and enjoy working with customers, then look no further.

**About The Role**:
As the main point of contact for customers, your role is to ensure that the experience they receive is top notch We are looking for someone who can bring a can-do attitude and play a part in providing a great service from start to finish.

**Your role will include**:

- Outbound tasks such as providingcustomer updates, speaking tocouriers & contacting suppliers
- Responding to customer feedback and resolving any issues within a timely manner
- Feeding back information to the team to help improve customer experience
- Admin tasks such as setting up sample orders, arranging returns, supplier credits
- Ad-hoc tasks to help with our business needs

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Well organised and able to manage own workload/daily tasks
- Good general computer skills
- Ability to use multiple different systems at one time
- Happy to get involved in other areas of the business if required
- Keen for customers to have a positive experience
- Previous experience using online platforms such as eBay and Amazon advantageous, but not essential

Training will be provided

Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm
