Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the effective operation of the club management software system and ensure that all competitions, tee sheet and planner bookings are accurate and up to date.
- Process all visiting party and major competitions/events/Open bookings and ensure through liaison with the Professional/Starter/F&B Manager that all party requirements are provided. Record entries and reconcile fees paid, process card payments.
- Visitors - provide a ‘Welcome’ & ‘Follow Up’ to all visiting parties, ‘meet & greet’.
- Ensure 1st Tee & Welcome signs are accurate & changed accordingly.
- Service and maintain the Club computer records and produce reports when requested by the General Manager or the Board.
- Assist with the club’s marketing strategies.
- Telephone - be the primary contact for all golf bookings including competitions, societies & groups, visitors and member enquiries.

- Golf experience or knowledge is not essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must have excellent customer service skills with a friendly positive attitude.

**Salary**: From £16,900.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
