Office Administrative Assistant

We are currently hiring an experienced office Assistant to support our clients legal practice in Blackburn. Our client is a thriving business doing very well and due to growth required someone with existing office experience.
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Assist in data entry tasks and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, computerized systems, and other office software.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: From £21,000.00 per year
