**Office Administrator**
Oakdale Electrical Contractors Ltd is a growing company located in Blackburn. We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
**Duties will Include**:
- Answer phone calls and direct calls accordingly.
- Communicating with our electricians out onsite.
- Sending Purchase Orders to Suppliers & Monitoring Delivery.
- Preparing Handover packs to our clients.
- General administrative duties.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong time management skills, organisation skills and efficiency.
- IT proficient (Word, Excel, Gmail)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
**Hours**:
- Monday - Friday (09:30-14:30)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
