Role Overview: As a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant - Bookkeeping, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using Sage software.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoices.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Process payroll and assist with financial reporting, providing management with up-to-date information.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, handling day-to-day tasks and duties.
- Respond to client queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Sage accounting software.
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial administration, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
