Role Overview: As a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant - Bookkeeping, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate financial records using Sage software.
  2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoices.
  3. Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  4. Process payroll and assist with financial reporting, providing management with up-to-date information.
  5. Provide administrative support to the management team, handling day-to-day tasks and duties.
  6. Respond to client queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience with Sage accounting software.
  2. Experience in bookkeeping and financial administration, with a strong attention to detail.
  3. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  4. Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
