**Contract Administrator Wanted**

Full-time Permanent Opportunity.

**Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (No Weekends / 100% Office Based).**

Based outside Southampton in a rural location (no public transport links).

**Basic Annual Salary £28,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience).**

**Additional Bonus Available (discussed at interview).**

Due to **expansion** and **growth,** we are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator who can support the management team with accurate and timely administration processes.

You will be required to work at the office **5-days a week** (No Remote or Hybrid Working options available).

**Overview**:

- Ensure office administrative and contract functions run smoothly.
- Monitor and control vehicle fleet contracts, administration (MOT, TAX, Servicing etc.).
- Ensure fuel usage and cards are continually checked and anomalies reported.
- Ensure consumables and standard tool kits are available in fleet vehicles.
- Booking hotels / accommodation for staff working away on contracts.
- Arranging the hire of plant and/or vehicles required by contract team.
- Ensuring training matrix kept updated, arrange courses when required.
- Take on additional duties and responsibilities as the role evolves.

**Essential Requirements**:

- To work full-time in the UK.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Able to communicate fluently in English, (verbal and written).
- Good working knowledge and current experience using Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge / exposure to Sage Line 50.
- Own transport due to rural location.
