We are currently working with our client to recruit for an Employee Relations Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis in their central Southampton offices. You would be supporting the employee relations team and the wider HR department. This is a full-time position with hybrid working available; you must be able to attend team meetings on Fridays.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Inbox management answering a range of queries
- Using excel trackers to support with HR tasks
- General administrative tasks as required

**About you**:

- Strong administration skills - previous experience in a generalist HR/ER admin role
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
- Competent user of Excel
- High attention to detail - able to collate and report data accurately
