Temporary Receptionist/Administrator - Southampton - to start on the 4th of March until the 28th of March.

We are thrilled to announce an opening for the temporary Receptionist/Administrator for one of clients in Southampton. If you are eager to be part of a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch break.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Support property agents with scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless office operation.
**About you**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 weeks
**Salary**: £10.75-£11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
