**Hours: 37.5hrs per week 8:30-4:30 Mon-Fri**

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- The primary role of the Administrator is to provide high quality administrative support to ensure effective delivery of the commissioned school aged immunisation programme for children and young people 4-19 years.
- The Administrator will work in partnership with Child Health Information Service (CHIS), Education, Primary Care and other partners to support equitable delivery of the Childhood Immunisation Programme by providing essential administrative support.
- Deal professionally and promptly with telephone enquiries, taking and processing messages accurately and always maintaining confidentiality as per the Message Taking Policy and ensuring standards for customer services excellence are met.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Admin experience
- Use of Outlook and Excel
- Use of RiO or other electronic patient system - desirable
