**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Filing
- Photocopying
- Completing contractual agreements
- Assisting with cases
- Client contact
- Provide regular progress reports
- Assisting colleagues with queries
- Evidence preparation (witness statements, exhibits and case bundles)
- Liaise with and instruct professional agents, barristers, solicitors, insolvency practitioners, courts and other third parties
- Adhere to statutory compliance and current legislation, best practice and internal policies and procedures
- Assisting with Social Media Platforms

**Key Competencies**:

- Computer literate with a working knowledge of relevant IT systems, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Maintain professional standards of conduct and practice
- The ability to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively
- Be aware of relevant financial targets and contribute to achieve the same and keep line manager informed of all progress.
- Ability to adapt to changing work situations and receptive to new approaches and ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Have the ability to multi task several different assignments at one time.
- Positive approach to problem solving
- Level headed and able to work in a challenging environment
- Social Media Savvy

**Qualifications**:
Educated to minimum of A-level standard, with minimum of Grade C at GCSE English and Maths
