Training Administrator

**Location: Newark**
As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for the upkeep of all training records whilst providing administrative support to the wider Training Team, providing customer service, course co-ordination and administrative duties to support the delivery of training courses for our trainers, delegates and customers.
**Responsibilities**
- To process all pre and post course administration on behalf of the training centre to ensure awarding body compliance and the successful delivery of all courses.
- To provide reception duties, supporting colleagues and delegates to ensure the smooth running of courses.
- Plan and prioritise own workload to meet operational deadlines to ensure timely course delivery.
**Knowledge, skills and abilities**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high standard of written English, spelling and grammar.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be able to work with a wide range of people.
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
