Pertemps is delighted to be recruiting for an Insurance Administrator for our new prestigious client based in the heart of Stoke on Trent. The role will involve a close working relationship with a number of clients, working to provide a database of written business. You will be responsible for managing key relationships in order to improve the quality of service in the company. The role is an excellent progression opportunity for those looking to pursue a career within Insurance Administration, as full training with be provided.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Insurance Administrator**:

- Maintain and monitor spreadsheets, involving accurate data input.- Completion of tasks to assist the process of insurance transactions.- Liaise with clients, dealing with enquiries.- Compliance with internal and external bodies for regulatory requirements.- Working closely with brokers and other third parties to obtain accurate information.- Carrying out ad-hoc project work and other relevant duties.**Skills and Experience Required for the Insurance Administrator**:

- Previous experience using Bordereau is extremely desirable- Previous experience working within Insurance, or a similar industry is desirable.- Experience working within an office environment- Experience of using Bordereau is desirable, but not essential.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes: Outlook, Word and Excel.- Good numerical skills, with the ability to show attention to detail.- Ability to work to deadlines, within a team environment.**Benefits of this Insurance Administrator role**:

Working hours/ days: Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 (3 days at home, 2 days in office)
Location: Hybrid, Stoke office
Duration: Permanent
Salary : £18,000 - £20,000 (£24,000 for applicants already Bordereau trained)
