Our client is a family-owned development, housing, and construction business, employing over 650 people.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our client's expanding housing business in their Stoke Office. The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal department and ensure the efficient operation of the Stoke office. Coordinate and implement office procedures
* Provide general administrative support, including typing letters, minutes, reports, memos, speeches, updating spreadsheets/databases, copying, binding, shredding, filing, etc.
* Order legal searches as requested
* Answer phone calls and take messages
* Compile legal packs
* Manage office supplies and overall office maintenance
* Flexible and positive approach to work and colleagues
* Proficiency in Microsoft software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
