Senior Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an office admin to join a small but busy team based on the outskirts of Newark, this role will provide variety, autonomy and an environment that is fast-paced and challenging but most importantly rewarding.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the office manager, the position will work closely across a range of projects and provide central support for the team, supporting the day‐to‐day running and administration of a busy and diverse workload.
A key aspect of the role includes taking responsibility for a wide range of administrative tasks planning agendas, taking minutes, diary management, and logistics planning including travel bookings.

A passionate individual who will go the ‘extra mile’ who is focused on the details and enjoys a role that brings variety whether working independently or alongside colleagues.
You are naturally very organised and enjoy supporting others in a confident manner with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work at pace.
Skills and Experience beneficial to the role:
- Skilled in the Microsoft office suite (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ideally also experienced in Adobe Create Suite and Hootsuite (though training can be given).
- Experienced and confident with social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X
- A strong communicator, able to communicate messages clearly to a range of audiences at all levels - both verbally and in writing.
Working hours for the role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30 with a 30-minute lunch break.
Salary ranges from £24,000 to £26,000 and is dependent on experience.
Holidays are 25 days a year plus bank holidays.
