As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for purchasing goods, using our internal ERP system, whether it be to fulfill customer orders, maintain stock levels or replenish internal consumables. This is to ensure that the company’s operational needs are met to maintain continuity of supply.

Analysing purchase requests and processing purchase orders, resolving issues when they arise, negotiating with suppliers and building positive relationships.

Roles and responsibilities
- The processing of internal purchase requisitions
- Chasing suppliers for delivery dates
- Checking supplier confirmation documents
- Direct ship orders
- Checking prices on supplier portals
- Order processing
- General purchasing administration

**Skills required**
- PC Literate with Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, Excel or equivalent
- An eye for detail
- Problem-solving skills
- The ability to concentrate for long periods
- Collaborative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,836.00-£21,684.00 per year
