Customer Service Representative

Working on revolutionary and ground-breaking products that are rapidly expanding, my client are now recruiting for three Customer Service Representatives to join the company on a full-time permament basis.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and wants to work on interesting evolving projects, loves being involved in new challenges and wants an opportunity to develop and grow within an expanding company.
Duties of the job role:
- Be the main point of contact between the administration team and customers
- Manage client’s confidential documents
- Answer incoming calls, providing general assistance and transferring calls to relevant teams
You will be:
- Be organised
- Be able to prioritise workload
- Can-do attitude and willing to get “stuck in”
- Flexible in working with a variety of people and projects
- Excellent and confident communication skills essential
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
**Salary**: £22k, plus a quaterly bonus paid on personal perfromance (OTE £30k)
