This challenging opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our clients dynamic team within their ever growing IT company. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering the highest level of service to our internal& external partners.
- Responsible for the raising of customer service cases on the CRM system
- Arranging couriers where necessary to collect items from customers
- Sending free stock reports to Sales people every week
- Managing and logging internal stock when we have not been able to return it
- Managing invoice queries, delivery discrepancies notice, cancelled lines and returns resolution/process within SLA’s
- Improves cost efficiencies where possible through negotiation with suppliers/vendors on restocking charges, shipment fees etc
- Liaise with credit control on raising credits where necessary
- Compiling customer service reports monthly and reporting to the Directors
- Order receipting/shipping and invoicing through the systems
- Hunting for stock, chasing backorders and moving orders where necessary
- Keeping Contact Management system up to date for suppliers
- Travel to Warrington office on occasion to catch up with the other sales team
- Supplier meetings on and off site
- Cover for Procurement during holiday & Sickness

- Confident in communication with customers
- Calm under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Can work on their own and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Good negotiation skills
- Good computer skills, MS office & Exchange
- Navision & CRM experience would be an advantage

**Additional Information**:

- Based in Chessington
- £21,000 - £25,000
- Working from home on a Monday and Friday (after completing probationary period)
