**Sales/Bookings Representative**
**Based in Chessington**
**Salary up to £23,00 per annum plus OTE**

**Full time office-based role**

**Hours: 9.00am-6.00pm (Monday -Friday)**

My client, a prominent surveying company based in London, is seeking a dedicated Sales/Bookings Representative to complement their team. **About My Client**: They are a leading surveying company located in Chessington, known for their excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Their comprehensive range of surveying services caters to both residential and commercial clients, ensuring seamless property transactions.

**Role Overview**: As a Sales/Bookings Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and nurturing client relationships. Your contributions will directly impact their sales targets and further enhance the company’s expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels
- Customize surveying packages to suit client requirements and budgets
- Facilitate negotiations and finalize sales agreements
- Coordinate with selling agents to schedule appointments
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the surveying process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience in the property sector preferred
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with surveying processes is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure
