Roles & Responsibilities:
In this role you will be the main point of contact for our guests and VIPs throughout their booking journey, ensuring a seamless experience throughout.
Reporting to the VIP Sales and Operations Manager, you will answer all guest queries in a timely manner, assist with running a smooth operational day and where necessary, deal with any guest complaints and recoveries in a professional manner.
You will be responsible for maintaining the VIP schedule; creating daily planners, checking all paperwork is completed, stock taking for hotel packages, running weekly reports and more
Qualifications & Experience:
- Due to the nature of the role, you must be over 18 and have a full UK driving licence.
- 1 years experience in an operational/ safety critical role
- Till training and experience with PCI
- Previous admin or coordinator experience
- Understanding of budgets and revenue targets would be advantageous
