Part time Administrator 20 hrs per week
Are you an experienced Administrator with a passion for customer service? Are you looking for a new opportunity that will give you best of both?

This a hybrid role focusing on both administration and a real emphasis on customer service. You will be joining a thriving team and a business with clear visions and values to further drive the business forward.
You will be working closely with both members of the public and businesses in the automotive industry to provide advice on warranty claims. You be keeping the in-house system updated on any communication regarding the claim, taking in-bound calls to eithermake a claim or check the status of an existing claim and proactively managing both the customer and client experience to a successful outcome.
*Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
*Excellent customer service skills
*Highly skilled with MS Office packages, including; Word, Outlook and Excel.
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Working hours are 20 per week ,Monday to Friday between 9am to 5.30pm, no evening, no weekends.
