**The Role**:
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious business support administrator to join an established team providing IT solutions and services, operating across all industries.
- To provide business support across all departments
- Review and comparison of current services invoiced and current contracts to identify quantity upsell opportunities
- Process orders
- Attend service review meetings as and when required and offer assistance where applicable with actions identified
- Create ad hoc reports to assist the sales team, e.g Microsoft licensing overview
- Review monthly reports from service and pro active to identify trends
- Create upsell opportunities linked to identified trends
- Assist in the creation and review of renewal contracts
- Respond to queries in a prompt and accurate manner
- Regularly monitor and update ConnectWise including the product catalogue and associated costs of services
