**Office Administrator.**
We require an office administrator to join our small team in a well-established and successful business.
We pride ourselves on our high standards of customer focus, our attention to detail and quality of service.
This is a busy, varied and challenging role.
**Role and requirements**:
- Responding to customer enquiries and communications.
- Raising quotations for customers, processing orders and arranging outgoing shipments.
- Involvement in initiatives to attract new customers.
- Use of the internet for supplier, customer and freight purposes.
- General office tasks.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Supporting colleagues and other departments when required.
- Full training will be provided.
- Have the ability to identify and satisfy customer requirements to a high standard.
- Demonstrate a proven logical, methodical and process driven mind-set.
- Have the competence to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy and quality at all times.
This role would suit an individual who is flexible in their approach, able to work as part of a long established successful small team whilst willing and able to work on their own initiative, and support other colleagues as required.
**25 days holiday per annum + statutory holidays.**
