We are a leading refrigeration engineering company, specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the management team and engineering staff.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and invoices.
- Assist with project documentation and compilation of manuals.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Support the accounting department with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, laptops.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is preferred but not required.
