As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management, protection, and compliance of our company's information assets. Taking a lead on Information Governance and quality administration you’ll provide a high-quality front of house service whilst completing administrative tasks such as:

- Developing, implementing, and maintaining information governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish data management best practices.
- Managing data lifecycle processes, including classification, retention, and disposal.
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Conducting regular audits to assess data quality, accuracy, and security.

- Proven experience in information governance, data management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
