Business Support Administrator Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Support Administrator to join our team at E3 Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in business administration, strong customer service skills, and excellent IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative tasks such as preparing reports, stock data, taking minutes, and scheduling meetings.
- Effectively handling customer queries via email and telephone.
- Facilitating effective communications between clients, service providers, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Business administration experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong organizational, resilient, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry
Benefits:
- Up to £29,000 a year DOE
- Monday to Friday
