Billing Administrator

Calteq Ltd part of Firstcom Europe are currently recruiting for a billing administrator.
The day to day tasks for the billing role would include but not limited to
- **Maintaining billing system records - updating usernames, adding and removing products in the billing system**:
- **Monitoring usage charges**:
- **Providing customers with copy invoices and reports**
You would also assist with executing the monthly bill run which would include tasks
- **Double checking invoice amounts**:
- **Ensuring there are no missing costs**:
- **Looking out for unexpected charges**:
- **Sending invoices out on time**
Previous experience in customer billing would be desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
