Calteq Ltd part of Firstcom Europe are currently recruiting for a billing administrator.

The day to day tasks for the billing role would include but not limited to

**- Maintaining billing system records - updating usernames, adding and removing products in the billing system**

**- Setting up customer accounts**

**- Monitoring usage charges**

**- Providing customers with copy invoices**

**- Creating excel reports**

**- Understanding the products are services we provide (mobiles, broadbands, VoIP systems etc)**

You would also assist with executing the monthly bill run which would include tasks

**- Double checking invoice amounts**

**- Ensuring there are no missing costs**

**- Looking out for unexpected charges**

**- Identifying and fixing errors**

**- Sending invoices out on time**

**- Reporting on monthly billing figures**

Previous experience in customer billing or telecommunications would be desirable but not essential. Excel experience would also be beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
