Summary:
The Howden Digital Experience Team are looking for a Digital Co-Ordinator to support and increase capacity in our digital platform function which supports over 70 websites across the Howden Group.

You will play a key role in co-ordinating the implementation of new digital products, services, and features across our digital platforms. You will provide support and carry out testing of new features. You will also be responsible for maintaining and creating content on key sections of our web platform.

Responsibilities will include managing data, content editing and production in our content management system co-ordinating business requests, bug fixes and working closely with the Digital Site Manager and Digital Product Owner - supporting them in their day-to-day activities and tasks.

You will be working in a diverse team consisting of a product owner, developers, user experience specialists, content producers and data team. The role requires excellent communication, time management, organisational and proven CMS skills, as well as an understanding of end-to-end web product delivery.

You will need to be able to demonstrate evidence of problem-solving and working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, whilst being able to handle multiple priorities. You should be able to demonstrate experience in website production with strong organisational skills.

Duties & responsibilities:

- Manage, audit, create and publish project related content in our CMS
- Track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews, and approval for project launches
- Investigate & analyse site issues, bugs and general change requests, liaising with other members of the team and briefing the development team on any code fixes for bugs and issues
- Co-ordinate and manage project workload via Azure Boards
- Act as the point of contact for project-related questions
- Research and prepare and maintain your project documentation
- Attend and contribute to key project meetings
- Assign tasks to project teams, assist with schedule management
- Use initiative to resolve project issues
- Liaise with a number of internal and external suppliers
- Test bug fixes and website changes prior to production
- Assure that all user input is validated before committing changes
- Ensure all changes are within brand guidelines
- Adhere to full compliance regulations
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

The successful applicant:
The role would suit a motivated individual with:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience working with a Content Management System
- Experience of project management software, such as Jira or MS Azure to plan and manage project activities
- An understanding of editing HTML and the ability to inspect and diagnose webpage problems via digital tools
- Experience in digital content creation & management
- Strong command of the English language with excellent written, editing and proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail - identifying inconsistencies and disruptions to the logical flow of content
- Excellent planning and project management skills with the ability to prioritize & manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience working with both B2B and B2C will be beneficial
- Confident communicating professionally with people across the business, using a range of styles and techniques to adapt to different stakeholders and language and cultural barriers
- Comfortable with developing/managing detail-orientated processes
- You will be inquisitive, action-orientated and enjoy change. Working in collaborative, agile teams you will thrive in the kind of environment where you can share and reciprocate knowledge
- Self-motivated and proactive with a good sense of ownership, able to work well under pressure, prioritise tasks and adapt to last minute requests
- Prior experience working with an international brand
- Desire to innovate, develop skills and be curious about new digital trends, technology, and the opportunities they may present.
