Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
**Salary**:
£19,000 per year
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Provisioning all products.
- Communicating with customers and suppliers to coordinate delivery, provide regular updates, and manage handovers upon completion.
- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of services to customers.
- Addressing any issues related to orders and faults, while meeting all service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conducting fault diagnostics and collaborating with suppliers/customers for resolution.
- Managing tickets and workflows using ServiceNow.
- Performing general administrative tasks, including billing entry.
