On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a **HR Co-Ordinator / Recruitment Co-Ordinator** for a **12 Month**contract based in **London with hybrid working.**

**Purpose of the HR Co-Ordinator / Recruitment Co-Ordinator**:

- A key member of the experienced hire recruitment team, you'll act as the main point of contact for managing recruitment administration tasks and dealing with queries.

**As a HR Co-Ordinator / Recruitment Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for**:

- Act as first point of contact for the Recruitment team in managing recruitment admin processes.
- Timely scheduling of interviews
- Raise roles for the recruitment team on the applicant tracking system
- Assist Recruiters with general administration duties
- Dealing with various queries from both managers and new joiners
- Supporting with contract generation
- Inputting of information in HR System
- Proactively supporting the team with various ad hoc duties
- Support Invoice Processing

**What we require from the HR Co-Ordinator / Recruitment Co-Ordinator**:

- A commitment to excellent customer service demonstrated through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- The ability to work on several tasks concurrently, and respond to customer queries and transactions within tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and quality awareness. Able to identify potential risks, existing issues and to resolve them promptly, escalating as appropriate
- A team player, flexible and able to collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver exceptional service
- Professional at all times; handles client and personnel data with discretion

**Preferred**
- Reporting experience - used to work with a large amount of data
- Previous experience working in a HR environment
- **This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.**_
