**Job Description**:
Department

The HR team is a global function based in both London and Houston, providing a full range of HR support to all EDF Trading’s offices. We are a collaborative and dynamic team that embrace the EDF Trading culture of working hard whilst embracing and enjoying the challenges of our roles.

Position purpose

The HR Co-ordinator supports Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Learning & Development and HR Advisory, allowing you to develop a diverse set of skills.

Main responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team on all aspects of the hiring and onboarding process to include:

- Organise and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers
- Create and amend job advertisements internally and on external job boards
- Maintain accurate HR/recruitment MI and trackers
- Support with projects to simplify, automate and improve hiring processes across the business

HR Advisory

Provide administrative support to the HR Advisory team on all aspects of the employee lifecycle:

- Be the first point of contact for all HR queries, responding in a timely and professional manner to ensure the continued positive image of the HR team
- Ensuring efficient completion of new joiner background screening
- Preparation of change of terms letters
- Managing the accurate data input into the HRIS (Workday)
- Processing invoices
- Assist with the administration/co-ordination of core HR projects/activities (performance management, talent management, headcount budget, engagement survey)

Talent Development

Support with a range of learning and development activities and processes, including but not limited to:

- Upload and maintain Learning & Development content to our HR System Workday
- Manage the training runway and liaise with communication team to share and promote global offerings
- Coordinate with external learning vendors on all aspects of course scheduling
- Liaise with Global HR team to manage and schedule learning offerings
- Monthly report collation and management to ensure learning is evaluated effectively and consistently
- Support with global events
- Provide support on a range of projects, including mentoring, career pathways, employee value proposition, wellbeing programme

Experience required
- Ideally worked within an HR discipline
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administration/co-ordination role
- Experience of using Workday preferred
- Proficient in IT with a strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
- You are curious with a desire for learning and innovation
- Enjoy collaborating - we like to share ideas and learn from each other
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Able to effectively work on different tasks/projects and prioritise workload
- A great communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (internal & external) and adapting your working
