Operations Co-ordinator

**The Company**:
Not-for-profit organisation that uses research and social innovation to find new ways of increasing community resilience, finding new ways of dealing with old challenges, and increasing social connection in everyday spaces is looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to join the team.
**The Opportunity**:
The Operations Co-ordinator’s responsibilities span various areas of the business and as the company grows there will be opportunities to take on different tasks and grow the role
Examples of day to day duties could include:
- Assisting with marketing, comms and events
- Updating the website
- HR - supporting recruitment and putting policies in place
- Finance - invoicing
- General admin
- Ad hoc project work.
**About you**:
For this Operation Co-ordinator role we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and an interest / previous experience of working in the third sector.
Being a resourceful, organised and smart thinker is preferable because the role requires someone who enjoys engaging with everyone they work with
**Salary & Benefits**:
£25,000 - £29,000 per annum.
