We are a small family run company and this position will be working from a purpose made office at a home address.
The position would suite someone who is looking for flexible hours. Or has other clients of our type and wants to make up their days.
Hours - 9am - 15.00pm (can be flexible)
Mon-Wed-Fri (To start with)

We we are looking for a well organised person, with a positive can do attitude and who will be keen to learn and become more involved if required.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to carry out the following:
Collating sales invoices and purchase invoices (for the accounts)
Entering sales data
Raising purchase orders
Managing sales invoices due from suppliers
Keeping suppliers information up-to date
Answering Calls, passing information to Director/Manager for action.
Booking in works with tenets and clients and then updating the fitters diary.
Updating works diaries and managing appointments via outlook diary.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
