Office Administrator

We are looking for a well versed administrator to work in our property management company. Duties would include:

- Managing the maintenance at all properties, which include informing and arranging repairs.
- Keeping a diary of regular checks of properites.
- Managing utility bills.
- Stock control of inventories.
- General computer knowledge - with ability to use word and excel.
- You must be self-motivated and good with time management.

Training will be given.

**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage and update office records and databases
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate office activities and schedules
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with the organization of meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software

**Experience**:

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

This is a full-time position with competitive pay. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing administrative support and maintaining efficient office procedures.
