Our goal at Dr Alloy deliver superior mobile alloy refurbishment to hundreds of happy customers every week.
We are searching for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our family run business. We are looking for someone who is well organised, responsible, trustworthy & self motivated.
Dr Alloy is a mobile alloy wheel refurbishment company. We work with private clients, insurers and dealerships.
**JOB ROLE**
- Answering telephone calls which will involve discussing clients existing bookings and handling new enquiries
- Diary management
- Weekly & monthly reporting
- Invoicing through quickbooks
- Assisting the technician to ensure his day runs smoothly i.e ordering supplies
- Social media posts
This is a **remote working role **on a zero hours contract basis. However we do have our family offices in Wallington, Surrey if you prefer to do some hours in an office environment.
We are advertising this role as flexi-time so long as the bookings are handled and the telephone answered (between 9-5 Monday - Friday) we are completely flexible with the hours that you work. You do however need to put hours in every day Monday - Friday, our existing staff member who fills this exact role does approximately 1-2 hours per day. Hourly pay rates are £11.00 per hour and your work hours will be logged via a time tracking software.
Full ongoing support and training can be provided.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
