**Job Title: Schools Liaison and Welfare Administrator**
**Location: King’s Lynn (with some travel to other campuses and feeder schools)**
**Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (to include 12.00-17.00pm Thursday and Friday)**
**Salary: £12,007 - £12,114**
Due to continued investment and growth in student numbers CWA is recruiting for a Schools Liaison and Welfare Assistant to join the Student Welfare team. Safeguarding and student welfare is at the heart of everything we do - this post plays an important administrative role in achieving this. The successful post holder will provide administrative support on a wide range of issues relating to safeguarding, welfare, mental health and school partnership curriculum initiatives.
Our Student Welfare team is a supportive and professional team that is dedicated to helping students overcome the challenges they face and reach their full potential. To ensure that all of our learners receive high quality effective support we invest time and money into providing significant CPD opportunities in a variety of ways.
We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving student welfare team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
We offer an excellent package including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year for curriculum staff,** plus** five College closure days, **plus **Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time, paid for part-year), fee waivers on some College courses, a contributory pension scheme with the Local Government Pension Scheme, discounts with local businesses and access to a cycle to work scheme.
