**The Role**:
- Logging Service calls within the helpdesk system.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, Project engineers and Service engineers on a daily basis.
- Processing customer Service & Maintenance quotes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Processing Sales orders and raising Purchase orders.
- Processing weekly timesheets.
- Scheduling planned and reactive service & maintenance works.
- F-gas administration.
- Provide support to the Service Desk Team Leader.
- General administration duties.
