Do you have strong customer service experience and enjoy being on the phone?

Our Unilever team are looking for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction and aftersales for the Walls Refrigeration customers. You will be involved in inputting invoices, ordering spare parts, telesales, telephone diagnostics and website sales.

You will have ideally worked in a call centre environment before, dealing with inbound/ outbound calls but if you have great organisational skills and communication then this role could be for you.
