**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
We will give you full training and support throughout your Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship and beyond, with the aim of you becoming a permanent member of the Operations team. Whilst you won’t do all of this straightaway, we will give you all the training and tools you need to be successful
- Answering incoming phone calls from Sherwoods engineers, external clients, and suppliers
- Raise Purchase Orders for equipment in line with Company Procedures
- Administrative duties including ordering materials from our approved supply chain.
- Monitoring of department inbox to ensure the flow of communication across Operational Services including the raising of jobs
- Monitoring of live tasks and system-specific job notes by way of auditing
- Liaising with our third-party client portals, including responding to questions and raising of jobs
**Previous knowledge and experience**:
We’re not expecting any previous experience but what you will need to demonstrate is the ability to speak to customers and engineers on the telephone and have a strong customer service ethic. The ability to pick up computer systems and knowledge of MS Office packages would be really useful, especially Outlook and Excel. You will also need to have or be able to obtain GCSE level 4/C or above in Maths and English
