Role Overview:

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be tasked with a diverse array of responsibilities, including front desk management, administrative assistance, document organization, IT support, health and safety compliance, and collaboration with other departments as necessary.

Utilizing your keen attention to detail and organizational prowess, you will take charge of your responsibilities, serving as a point of contact and providing essential support with opportunities for advancement within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and manage phone communications in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Oversee meeting room schedules, arranging and preparing spaces for gatherings.
  • Perform typing tasks and maintain office documentation.
  • Ensure reception areas and meeting rooms are well-maintained and organized.
  • Assist with administrative duties to support various departments within the organization.
  • Carry out general office tasks, projects, and activities as required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Handle client files and records, including transportation between locations.
  • Conduct data entry and regular quality checks on filing systems.
  • Organize and manage storage and archive areas.
  • Support the IT team as needed.
  • Assist the Office Manager and Health & Safety officer with relevant duties.
