Role Overview:

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be tasked with a diverse array of responsibilities, including front desk management, administrative assistance, document organization, IT support, health and safety compliance, and collaboration with various departments as needed.

Utilizing your keen attention to detail and organizational prowess, you will take charge of your responsibilities, serving as a vital point of contact and providing essential support with opportunities for career advancement within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and manage phone communications in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Oversee meeting room schedules, ensuring rooms are prepared for gatherings.
  • Perform typing tasks and maintain office documentation.
  • Keep reception areas and meeting spaces organized and presentable.
  • Assist with administrative duties to support various departments.
  • Carry out general office tasks, projects, and activities as required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Handle client files and records, including transportation between locations.
  • Conduct data entry and regular quality checks on filing systems.
  • Organize and maintain storage and archive areas.
  • Support the IT team as necessary.
  • Assist the Office Manager and Health & Safety officer with relevant duties.

No prior experience is necessary; a positive and proactive attitude is essential.
