Due to recent growth at Modern Heating & Cooling Solutions Ltd We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Roles & Responsibilities include**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and organisation
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero software
- Updating our social media platforms
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by office manager

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with computerised office systems and software (e.g., odoo, bright Hr, Xero)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
