**About Our Client**:
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Managing the employee systems database
- Ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date
- Preparing accurate and timely employee contracts and correspondence
- Monitoring essential documents like probation forms and performance plans
- Assisting in compiling monthly payroll
- Posting job openings on suitable platforms
- Aiding hiring managers in screening and scheduling interviews
- Handling all pre-employment checks for new employees
- Leading the induction process
- Scheduling training events and reserve meeting spaces
- Collecting employee feedback post-training
- Maintaining records and HR database of completion rates
- Serving as the primary contact for employee queries
- Taking meeting minutes as instructed

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Coordinator will have:

- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above (or working towards)
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
